The Challenge:
Create a promotional video to showcase how Jebbit leveraged The Digital Tree’s creative expertise to customize their customer journey and increase engagement. The goal was to present a dynamic, client-focused case study that highlights tangible results in a visually appealing and concise format.
🧠 My Approach:
I collaborated closely with The Digital Tree team to understand Jebbit’s goals, platform, and ideal customer experience. Using the case study’s core narrative, I designed a video structure that clearly communicated the transformation Jebbit achieved through personalization. I blended brand assets, motion design, and data-driven highlights to keep the video sharp, informative, and visually on-brand.
🎯 The Outcome:
The final video tells a clear story of customer journey customization, enriched by seamless motion graphics, smooth transitions, and strong brand alignment. It was used by both The Digital Tree and Jebbit as a success story, showcasing the power of tailored experiences in digital marketing.
💡 What I Learned:
This project strengthened my ability to turn abstract processes into engaging visual stories. I also gained experience in balancing corporate tone with creative storytelling to effectively communicate B2B value
